Is Zoom the future of meetings and work? The answer is…it depends. In my latest Shortcast, I state “Why Virtual Won’t Last Forever”. If you are in operations, support, etc. virtual may be a lasting solution. However, if you are in Sales, it’s imperative to be face-to-face. This is especially important as it relates to Conferences and Events. In person can’t be duplicated or replaced.

While I agree with you Stephen that in sales, the in-person experience cannot be replaced. However, I do not think we have seen the extent of innovation that has come out of this crisis and I’m hopeful something will soon surface that at least gives us more options to address this issue.
